I usually find the simplest option is to download the latest version of the application and install it manually. Updates will probably work afterwards.
(Keys expire, or software gets moved to new locations with different keys, and as a result, updates no longer work because the files can't be verified. I am sure you can fix this by finding the correct key, downloading and installing it manually, and often a copy/paste of the error will get you to the exact instructions to do just that. But if you just download Skype from the Skype website and install it manually, it'll update all of those settings in the process.)
Note that those errors aren't all from Skype, it looks like you have a similar issue with the Opera web browser too, with the same suggested fix.
