Clara seems to be one of the best of a very bad lot. |
Im on Clara.net's 360-hour a month deal at ~£30 a month. I used to hit the 150 hours for a 'unlimited' 'unmetered' dialup usually between the 15th and 20th. Ive not checked how many hours ive used, but I think I have hit the limit a coupla times. Theres been two days, date unchecked, which it has not dialed up, and comes on with a voice. possibly saying "the number you have dialed is busy" in about 1 year of use. Multiple hours every day. They don't have a cut off (other than 10 mins of inactivity) *pokes about on www.clara.net* - ---------- Freetime anytime business accounts
Freetime anytime business offers you 360 hours of internet access every month for a flat monthly rate of £27.49. Especially suited to the home worker or SoHo user, this account has a user to-modem ratio of 5:1 (i.e 1 modem for every 5 users). This minimises the chance of a busy tone and maximises your time spent online whether you use the service during the day or night. - ----------- It works out as about 12 hours connected every day. Sod the other users. I can vouch for their email service, as im not using it. I seem to get the same IP every time. ~ Ive also never rung their tech support.
