My company has an urgent need for Linux "System Administrator" but it's not really an admin role in the traditional sense more of an integrator to help create a new commercial Linux server, and we need a C/C++ developer. We have a real hassle trying to find anyone with Linux know-how through the job agency route, JobServe, advertising in the national Press. We have tried all these routes many times with success ranging from none to very limited. My impression is that nobody's really using Linux commercially apart from the ISPs.
I attach a couple of vacancies we currently have. I wonder if there are some mailing groups that would welcome this, would you send it to them for me or let me know who they are. We are based in London.
