Do you know of a nice competent person in London who would be willing to help a lady with her Windows laptop, for a reasonable fee?

I have wondered about whether Linux would be a more predictable environment, but that would be complicating things again, and further reducing the number of people who can give support.
I think it would increase the number of ALUGgers who could offer support, but YMMV.
