Hi,
I'm Steve, I've been aware of ALUG for a while but never got round to signing up to the mailing lists. I've finally got round to it (obviously!)
I've been using Linux for several years, I started with Fedora (FC3 I think), then swapped to Ubuntu. I used to be a programmer, but that was using Windows. I've not done any programming for Linux yet - I expect to try it one day, when I get some time!
