I'm about to set up a web server on my home system so I can do some server side web development without having to be connected to the internet (I'm a poor dial-up only user ;o) ).
Its a Debian Woody system.
Haven't decided on what server side tools to use yet, initially it will be very basic.
Apache looks good but is it overkill in this situation?
Recommendations on suitable web server software please?
