This is a pyramid email collection scam. Their site is poorly designed in a GUI tool and is hosted in the US (odd for a UK internet provider, don't you think?). A conservative estimate of the revenue that they need to generate to service the amount of 0800 calls they need is around the £200,000 mark, which is never going to be generated by 2 email adverts per week. See uk.telecom for more details and a *very* long thread about them, even by uk.telecom standards.
Save your time and stop wasting bandwidth by telling others. Please tell whoever you heard it from about this and ask them to pass it on to all the others that they've told and who they heard it from.
God, these hoaxes take a lot to stamp out. :(
