I'm getting a bit ipssde-off with Thunderbird ATM - none my news items will go - and I tried setting-up a new account with Eternal-epteber, and that won't send, either.
So, I'm looking for a sensible newsreader which has decent filters - a crosspost filter is a necessity, and TB2 doesn't have one.
I've been back through he ALUG archive (on pooter) and not noticed anything - a good search facility would be an advantage with any new newsreader, too...
