We are thinkin of scheduling this for Thu 21st April.

I can do 20th but 21st is awkward. If 20th, I can also seek a venue in Ely or Lynn once we have an idea of numbers and preferred time of day. Either way, I'll publicise it if I have final details by Tue 4th.
