I've finally got confirmation that www.anglian.lug.org.uk has come through.
I dunno! I go away for a day and the new domain springs up as if by magic! Should I go away more often? ;)
Re: the new mailing list: I'm not going to give Martyn the current subscribers file, as some people complained when I added them to this list at the beginning. There is now an archive at the list at http://www.mth.uea.ac.uk/~h089/alug/list/ and I'll add all messages to the other list to it (from the time of this message), so you shouldn't miss anything.

Folks - have a look at http://www.cpc.uea.ac.uk/alug/pr01.html and let me know what you think. I'm still tweaking. It's mostly the release that James wrote earlier. If no-one complains, I'll start faxing it Monday?
Well, I'd say "Free" instead of "Open Source" in the first paragraph, but that reflects my politics more than anything ;)
Seriously, it looks fine.
templates, link management scripts up?
Please! I've bits springing up all over the place that want linking in... I dare say others have too?
Finally, I suggest 2pm on Sunday 2nd for meeting - sound okay? We should probably work out some kind of plan of action - how about:
3pm so we don't clash with the Jazz?
- 2pm - welcome, introductions etc
- 2.15pm -> whenever, installations / linux troubleshooting
- 3pm - anyone interested in demos of Gnome, KDE, mozilla?
- 4pm - close, drink in the bar/pub? :-)))
I'd swap the troubleshoot and the demos, so that the open-ended item is the last one. Apart from the first bit, I take it we're going for an open-style meeting with bits of kit on tables around the room?
