Then get control. Have you asked the provider to port forward to your router? If not try that. He may help. If you have tried and he has refused (or does refuse) change your provider. Buy yourself a 3G router and get a sim card from a provider which gives the best signal in your boat's area.
How can I change my provider? This is the WiFi provided free at the marina (well, tiny moorings with 12 boats) where we moor our boat. I don't even know what company it's from let alone have any sort of support access to them.
We *have* a 3G router and a sim which we use when we're away from the moorings but it costs money to use that, the WiFi is 'free' (as in included in what we pay for the moorings).
