I am not trying to be pedantic here (although I am probably doing a pretty good job of it regardless) But Surely you mean 120KB/s as 120Kb/s would only be about twice as fast as the theoretical maximum of a 56K modem ? 120Kb/s would be VERY bad for a service rated at 1Mb/s :o)
