[ALUG] New Server Installation Traditional BIOS mode or EUFI mode?

Having brought myself a shiny new Lenovo Thinkserver https://www.serversdirect.co.uk/p/1182461/lenovo-thinkserver-ts150-intel-pen... and tracked down all the cables and caddies required to make it run...  I started installing *buntu on it, and then I had a thought, stopped and now not sure of the best way to go.  It can run in EUFI mode, or traditional BIOS mode.  Any thoughts?  I've never had a machine with EUFI.  Is that the way to go?  Any gotchas? Any thoughts or experience appreciated. Cheers Steve
