PS - I haven't yet found a complete list, only the BT-serviced ones such as The Cloud. For example, I've yet to find either The Unthank Arms or Norwich Internet Cafe on any online list. There may well be many others.
I remember seeing WiFi Access logo on Cafe Java near the Norwich Union building (Surrey Street?)
I wouldn't mind compiling a full list of wireless access but that would meant driving around the entire city of Norwich!
