As I understood it, the ISOs are GPL, but you can't describe them as "RedHat" because that trademark is being enforced very heavily. I wonder if we'll start to see people offering "a certain RPM-based distribution 7.3" or similar soon.
You probably know that I'm not a great fan of that distribution and I'm not exactly unhappy to see its owners doing things to harm its share of the GNU/Linux market.
