Why would it need a keyboard? Once the thing is setup and running you would disconnect them, and seeing how there are a couple of hosting companies offering Mac-minis running debian for colocation I wouldn't expect it to demand a keyboard be attached to boot.
Also as Ted asked earlier It uses a USB keyboard.
