I'm putting together a scratch system for a friend of mine with somewhat limited means. To date I've got everything but a hard drive. Has anyone got an old 2Gb, 3Gb or similar sized hard drive going spare?

(and before you ask, yes it will have GNU/Linux as one of the boot options, depending on the size of the disk, but I'm also looking at supplying a Knoppix CD)
