Would it be useful if we indicated the ease of access at the various meeting venues for any members with disabilities?
For example at Stalham the meeting room is one the 1st floor but there is a stair lift. There are also suitable toilet facilities on the same floor as the meeting room. As far as I'm aware all the doors are standard width (some are double doors) so presumably should be able to accommodate wheelchairs.
Something else that might be of help is a list of people who would be willing to provide transport (assuming ordinary cars etc are suitable) for people who might not normally be able to attend (perhaps a web page link off of the Meetings page?) meetings.
