Moving into the area (Red Lodge) and am a linux "enthusiast" in both the commercial (services.. ISP etc.) and personal sense.. Was wondering if the group was still alive, as there doesn't seem to be much in the way of activity..

Yes the ALUG is alive and well (sort of). We are still meeting every month (3rd Sunday) at either Syleham or UEA although Septembers meeting didn't happen (freshers intake at the UEA), and Octobers date has yet to be finalised. We also meet on IRC every monday evening at 8:00pm (eu.openprojects.net port:8001 channel #alug) which is probably why the mailing list has been a little quiet of late.
