OK, a few emails have been thrown around off-list and I'm thinking of calling an informal ALUG meeting in KL on Wednesday 19 November. In the town centre, probably 7 or 8pm, with exact time and venue to be confirmed later. Who will be there?

The assistant manager of the Hogshead (High Street, PE30 1DA) thinks that there will be enough tables and they'd be happy to welcome us. Not as good a range of drinks as I remember, but the prices are pretty good. If we can get 10 or more people to say that they'll go, we can have a free buffet. Not sure we'll do it this month, maybe later? I suggest we meet in the Hogshead on Wednesday 19 November at 7pm. Start then because the last Norwich-bound bus leaves at 2055. (Spalding d2120, P/boro 2135, F/ham and Hunny both 2300)
If anyone wants to go there tomorrow for a few minutes, to check the place out, email me soon ;-)

I've been asked to move this, but I'd still like it to happen before the Syleham 23 Nov meeting, so I'll announce a meeting for Tuesday 18 November at 7pm unless I get more specific feedback (ie suggest date/times).
