SCO are suing IBM for breach of contract and not copyright theft so who owns the copyright to UNIX System V isn't in question here. If I were competing with a virtually free product that I believed contained my source code I would be a bit miffed too. I think SCO's problem is that they have a problem with IBM but made it look like the whole Linux community is guilty by association. I do find it interesting that hardware companies like IBM, Sun, and SGI all embrace Linux but why wouldn't they? They still charge for their hardware.
