Microsoft wireless desktop.
Has anyone successfully got the Microsoft Wireless Desktop keyboard and mouse working with Linux? One of the guys at work has just plugged on into a RedHat linux machine and the keyboard map is completely up the creek. -- Douglas Willis (ddw@nerc-bas.ac.uk) British Antarctic Survey High Cross, Madingley Road Cambridge, CB3 0ET, United Kingdom tel: +44 1223 221400, fax: +44 1223 362616

Not that it's hugely relevant, but I'm using a Logitech cordless kb and mouse through an Omnicube KVM without problems*. Cheers, Laurie. *sometimes the mouse gets screwed up switching from X to 'doze and back again: kb is fine. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- Laurie Brown laurie@brownowl.com PGP key at http://pgpkeys.mit.edu:11371 ---------------------------------------------------------------------
