The problem is this though. I updated to Firefox 90 and cannot use any dark theme now. The menu options File, Edit, View, History etc become almost the same colour as the border. I've noticed that if I want to check the progress of a download that's hard too. What have they done?

I have tried switching proton off (those with context, doorhangers, enabled and modals as part of the text) but it didn't work. Firefox suggested using the troubleshooting tool. I confess I'm unconvinced how that will help.

Cinnamon Mint 19. Ideas? I am using Firefox colour in the meantime, but it doesn't solve it.
