There seems to be a consensus here- don't you think? As I see it; I would rather have an install that took a whole weekend, and have a system that just runs and runs, than an install that takes an hour, and has an unusable system.

I've decided on Deb, due to the apt-get system, but I'm sure if I can get my grubby hands on one of these 20 P133's sitting next to me (unlikely), Slack will go on it.

Someday I will have a single boot Linux system as my main workstation!!!!
