Hi All
I've come back to the Linux fold, mostly because I'm developing in Java again.
At the recommendation of a friend of mine I've installed Mint Linux 12 (Gnome) and I really like it.
However, at what seems like random intervals I am unable to click anything. So I can't change between applications, I can't scroll scroll bars, I can't pull down, menus, etc. I can move the mouse and I can turn caps lock on and off.
I'm running on a 2007 Think Pad T60.
Has anyone else seen this problem or know what it might be?

That almost sounds to me like something is stealing focus and not letting go ? Are you saying that no element on the screen will respond to clicks but you can move the pointer ?
What happens if you try and Alt-Tab between active windows ?
Does it happen when particular applications are running or can you get it to happen when you are just sitting on the desktop ?
Hi Wayne
Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes.

I just tried it again when it stopped working and alt-tab doesn't do anything.

I usually have the same applications open. Eclipse and Firefox.
