I have a 120Gig RH7.2 ext3 drive and take delight in the fact I can power off at random and get back to working in under a minute!
Yep, Ext3 utterly rocks. Can't imagine going back to ext2 out of choice, and it's absoloutely no hassle to set up. Anyone know if it is going to be in the next Debian release? (i.e. is it in testing at the mo?)

Bah - you want to try XFS (see http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/1.1_release.html). Since it was first brought to my attention, I've never looked back! :)
