Unfortunately, Room Bookings have all gone on holiday so the Conference Office are dealing with their work. This means booking Nelson Court Common Room B (which doesn't even have net access) would cost £157 for a day.
So, I'm afraid that's the 1st Sept shot in the b*ks. I'll try and get a room when term starts.

Bad, but not the end of the story. Let's meet somewhere else, if you're still happy to organise. Will the Union book out a room for a student meeting? Ask at reception desk or phone 593272 (IIRC). Surely there's little else going on that day.
