Seems most/some of you are going to be heading to Mr Wings on the 17th... anyone interested in an informal meetup at the Milestone? (Unless there was already going to be one there anyway, but it's not very clear from past messages on this ML/the website..)

Haven't got round to emailing the list - the basic plan is that we are meeting at the milestone, going for food in Mr. Wing's and then heading back to the milestone when we're done. Can't be sure entirely when we'll be finished but it is a buffet so I can't imagine us being longer than an hour. So then back over to the Milestone to meet anyone who couldn't make it for food - guessing about half nine-ish. If you want to be certain where we are, give me a call - I've emailed you my mobile number off-list. Anyone else who wants that, feel free to contact me off-list as well.

Mr Wings isn't a buffet, but it is an all-you-can-eat. This means you sit down and order courses as you want them and they cook to order. I think it'll take quite a bit longer than an hour.

Is it? I'll take your word for it, I've never been ... are you suggesting it'll take more than an hour because you plan to get your money's worth?? :)
OK, well, best bet is for anyone who plans to join us later to either txt or call me or, alternatively, speak up on the list and maybe someone else who can't make it to the meal will agree to commit to meeting at a specific time, even if the rest of us don't make it back ...

It's always taken more than an hour when I've been before. :-) They serve Duck as a course, so you end up having Starters, Duck then Main Course (And then some scary people even go for pudding)
