I've just been reading about the series of "Welcome to Linux" sessions run by the Haifa LUG. Some details can be seen on http://linuxclub.il.eu.org/newcomers/timetable.html I'm hoping that a lot of people will show some kindness and give a GNU to someone they care about this christmas, so would it be a good idea of ALUG ran a series of similar talks in the new year?
