Modern supplies will be more generous as to what portion of the 200W is available on the 12v rails as modern hardware hits this rail harder in proportion to the others. In the old days the CPU supplies were derived directly from the lower voltage rails.
Thanks - didn't even know there were online power calculators, but having now used one, it suggests 164 Watts as the proper level including a safety margin.
Meanwhile, the xilence seems to come in a 250 W version, so I've ordered that which should give plenty of headroom. Good to hear that people have had good results from xilence.
