Adam - I use freeserve and, although they are reliable enough for mail, viewing web pages takes about ten times as long at home as it does at work, and some things i can't even access, e.g. linuxnewbie site. I just don't use the net at all at home as a result. I assusmed the problem was at my end up till now, actually. Jen
