If so, then apologies...
Does anyone know of an easy way to extract the files from a .deb or .rpm? I want to play around with winex, but the version which gets around copy protection is only available as a debian or rpm package, and since I'm using LFS that isn't much use ;) From the depths of my memory I seem to recall a program called rpm2gz but google only throws up one result for that can't be it...
anyone? please?
BenE
man rpm2cpio
