We have an afternoon meeting booked for the last sunday in April at the Billy Bluelight again. I don't like the room at the Billy very much - it is dreary and cold and unwelcoming. Does anyone know of a better alternative? Does anyone know of other pubs etc in Norwich with a room to hire at a reasonable price? The room at the Billy is £15 for example. Can anyone here book a room at UEA? Syd

If it was the following weekend, ALUG would be 5 years old and we could give it a birthday party. That's the bank holiday weekend, so maybe everyone is away? I'm sure there are some people from UEA on-list, but I don't know how room bookings have changed there.
I can give the UEA a try. Union house rooms are free but i may not be able to get it on that day, as it may of been booked already. Also i couldn't attend as i work on a Sunday, but this may not be a problem. I'll look into it on Monday. What times do you want? 12-4 right? Sorry its been a while since i went to a meeting.
