I don't know how many in here read The Register, but IMO, it's compulsory reading for any professional (or serious) IT people. Anyway, this is a good article on Linux advocacy, and one I found brought me up a bit short in one respect (Too clever? Moi?).

It's worth noting that although the author talks of StarOffice 5.2, the new V6 is much, much better...
