I've set up spam filtering on my servers using sendmail's "access" database, and it workes very well. The only downside is that I need to add new domains to it several times a day, but it is catching spam, no question. You may ask why I don't use the RBL and stuff; it's because I need control: I get a lot of hotmail, yahoo, and suchlike mail, which often includes spam. Anyway, a large amount of it comes through this relay: relay=catalog.com [207.240.40.4]. I've mailed them several times, as it happens, I'm a catalog customer myself, but they refuse to do anything about it. Are there any sanctions I can intitiate? Is there anywhere to report them to?

I'm withdrawing my business from them, not just because of this, but because I no longer need their services.
