M J Ray asked if someone would post the details to the alug-announce mailing list, but I think by then anyone who had been party to the discussion has left IRC.

If you were party to the discussion and rememeber what time and place was agreed could you please post a message to the alug-announce mailing list with the place and time concerned.

I believe it was decided to meet at 12:15 at the front entrance of the expo, on both days.
