I'm posting this to the main list as I don't have the remotest idea of where to start looking for information.

This is what I did, I installed Mandrake 8 on my second, (Primary slave), Hard Disk Drive, I used the expert mode in order to create a partition, I ended up with, on the first disk: Windows/Office & Mandrake 8 on the second disk: Mandrake 8 However, the computer would only boot windows on the first disk, and mandrake on the second disk, after several adventures in to Lilo, (fuelled by over confidence), I managed to get all three to boot. This was not the end of my problems as ALL the programmes Windows, Mandrakes 1 & 2 were displayed at the wrong resolution, while there start ups were in normal (800x600) resolution.

Now having recklessly twiddled, I have both mandrakes displaying normally, but windows and the start up scripts for both in a small format.

All help gratefully received but please remember that I need to make any corrections and I don't understand the command line, graphical solutions preffered
