I shouldn't think so. As far as the list server is concerned you, Ian Bell, do not exist. Only the email address is acknowledged.

So it would be unthinkable, to the list server, to change this.

Therefore, I guess, your best (and probably only) option is to unsubscribe the current email address and subscribe the new one.

Admittedly it would be logically possible for the admin page software to pop up a dialogue "Change my subscribed email address" and then, behind the scenes, silently do the unsub/resub thing, but I have never met this!
