If I try to refresh the Update manager, I get an error message for Skype. See post image link.(I should've c+p'd this from Terminal, so sorry about that.) I've tried one solution suggested online to delete the signature key but it didn't work.

I usually find the simplest option is to download the latest version of the application and install it manually. Updates will probably work afterwards.
(Keys expire, or software gets moved to new locations with different keys, and as a result, updates no longer work because the files can't be verified. I am sure you can fix this by finding the correct key, downloading and installing it manually, and often a copy/paste of the error will get you to the exact instructions to do just that. But if you just download Skype from the Skype website and install it manually, it'll update all of those settings in the process.)
Note that those errors aren't all from Skype, it looks like you have a similar issue with the Opera web browser too, with the same suggested fix.

This suggestion, below, from that grate sage of our time (sic) molesworth, worked fairly well.
<<Try the following commands in terminal:
sudo apt-key del 1F3045A5DF7587C3 curl https://repo.skype.com/data/SKYPE-GPG-KEY | sudo apt-key add - sudo apt-get update
(Taken from: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1348146/invalid-signature-from-repo-skype-co...)
I didn't think I'd mention Opera but yes, I was having trouble there too.
