I wouldn't quite go that far. It's easier to follow than APL, but it's not exactly a nice thing to try to unravel uncommented year-old code in.
If you want a weird language like this use LISP.
OI! FREEMAN! Lay off the Lisp! It was about 30 years ahead of its time... even Common Lisp was about 10 years before the rest of the world started to catch up. Sadly, Common Lisp is rather big now, because it tries to be compatible with original lisp code.

I actually think LISP looks great, Like most good things it was way ahead of its time, shame really. It wasn't english was it?
