Can I somehow transfer all the favourite bookmarks I've set up in Netscape 7.1 and copy them all to a location so that they will appear ready to go in Konqueror? I was thinking there may be a folder in Koquerer where I just need to copy these URLs. I've tried finding them in Netscape without success, and I also don't know where to place them in Konqueror to make them work.

Bryce May be different on your set-up, depending which version of Konqueror you use, but try Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks -> File -> Import -> Netscape
Also there is probably an 'export bookmarks' option in Netscape which may be useful.

I don't know about Konqueror at all but Netscape (and Mozilla) keeps its bookmarks in an HTML file called, believe it or not, bookmarks.html. You'll find bookmarks.html somewhere below .netscape in your home directory. On my Sun system it's simply in the .netscape directory, e.g. $HOME/.netscape/bookmarks.html. Mozilla has an extra layer or two of subdirectories.
The bookmarks.html file is valid html so at the very least you can display the bookmarks in Konqueror as a web page.
