My dlink NAS backup is working nicely now except for one fly in the ointment, it regenerates its ssh key every time it's rebooted. We had a (planned) power cut last week and thus the key was changed and my backups failed until I fixed things up again.
So what's the best way around this problem? At the moment I can't see where ssh-keygen gets run though I'm still searching. Is there any specific way around this issue of a remote system's ssh key changing frequently (other than relaxing checks so it's just a warning rather than a failure)?
