OK clever peeps, I'm tearing my hair out at the mo. I have an 80 pin LVD SCSI HD and a pci LVD SCSI card that has 68 pin and 50 pin interfaces. I have a 68pin terminated cable.
I know you can get 80 pin to 68 pin converters, but it seems to have female connectors on both sides. Does this mean I'll need an 80 pin male-to-male connector?
i.e. is it actually possible to put an 80 pin SCA-2 HD in a normal pc?
