Basically I'm a bit of a Linux newbie, running a P133 at home that I built from bits that have been scrounged from various sources or rescued from a skip (not exactly flush with cash you see).

Welcome to the list! Actually, one of my friends has asked me to install 'linux' (of some description/distro, I'll let him decide) on his home computer, so hopefully we'll have yet another! eek! Those damn penguins keep multiplying! ;)
