Web Server help

Everyone I e-mailed some time ago about setting up a web server with my laptop with windows98 AMD K6 475 and my Cyrix Computer 300 processor which was running Red Hat 6.0 but is now running Mandrake 7.1 After some good advice I am planning to buy 2 network cards it was just the next bit that confused me compile the appropriate kernel modules and link them together with a special Ethernet cable called a "crossover" cable (which is designed for linking two machines direct to each other). The above paragraph does not mean much to me I know my Laptop has to be linked to my Computer via cabling but what's this bit about kernel modules? Sun Monitor

Calling all Aluggers I have a 20 inch SUN monitor GDM-20D10. The base bit is missing, as is the remote control. It also has that weird SUN video plug, but you can get converters. As far as I know, it works. I don't want it, and I also don't want to take it to the tip. So.... If anybody wants it, they can have it for free. First come, first served. You'll have to collect it from Harleston, Norfolk. And don't ask me to help you lift it!! Dave
