I spoke to a photographer friend of mine about this a few minutes after
Martyn sent it to the list (the guy takes photos for advertising, exactly
the area that this covers), basically he has a claim for copyright
infringement but he will have to pursue it directly with them. I also
replied to Martyn offlist as putting information into a public forum about
this may prejudice any action Martyn takes.
One other point is that the proper forum for this would be alug-social
(unless the photo was of some linux computers in the original photo ;))
