This conversation comes up an awful lot. I think the intuitiveness of
gimp is relative to whether or not you're expecting it to be like
Photoshop. The photoshop fanboys would necessarily find it unintuitive
because it uses a different interface. For the record, I've been using
gimp for years and, a couple of years ago, had occasion to use
photoshop when on a friend's PC and found it to be /horribly/
unintuitive.
Out of interest, has anyone tried gimpshop? I gather that was/is a
project to make gimp seem familiar to photoshop users.
