I've got a really old laptop that I'm would like to find a verison of Linux (with X-windows preferably) for. At the very least, you will need to be *very* light on the memory usage. Emacs and VIM under X are out of the question ;-)

Is this a FAQ? (Books)

David, why don't you write a page about the various book things, ie the library system and the discount deals? This could then be linked into the FAQ "What does ALUG do?"... Also, the meetings part of that answer should link to the meetings page and the mailing lists/IRC bit to the "Join us" page. But I'll graciously let someone else add them ;-) Thanks!
