Does anyone have a copy of this they could loan to me for a couple of days to copy - or burn a copy for me? Alternatively is anyone willing to download and burn a CD for me. I will of course provide a CD, postage and packing, any reasonable consideration etc :) <http://www.knoppix.org/> Debian based, runs from CD, gets good reports as an intro to gnu/linux and debian or as a rescue CD.
