200g dried fruit (sultanas, raisins, and so on) * 2 weetabix * 150g sugar * 275ml milk * 200g SR flour 1 egg 1/2tsp mixed spice (optional) *

Put the * ingredients in a bowl together and leave for a minute. Mix well, then stir in the other ingredients. Put in a greased shallow cake tin (20cm diameter) and bake for 1hr at gas mark 3. Turn out, cool, eat, enjoy and spot the cunning.

Now, can I patent this algorithm...? After all, the correct proportions seem unobvious to most. ;-)
